Terms and Conditions KLWIN — The Foundation of Agreement Between You and Our Platform

01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and KLWIN ("Platform", "We", "Company"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by the klwin platform.

By clicking the "Register" button, logging in to your account, or using any KLWIN service, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

These Terms take effect immediately upon the date you register a klwin account and shall remain in effect for as long as your account is active or until it is terminated in accordance with the provisions of this document.

02 Eligibility to Register an Account

To be eligible to register and use the klwin platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Aged 18 years and above at the date of registration and while using the platform.
• Not be located in any jurisdiction or territory that explicitly prohibits participation in online gaming activities.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not prohibited from doing so by any law or court order.
• Register only one (1) personal account in your own name — multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
• Register with truthful, accurate, and complete personal information, including your full name, date of birth, and contact details.

03 Account Registration and Member Responsibilities

Every KLWIN member is fully responsible for their account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information, and update it promptly should any changes occur.
• Keep your account password secure and do not share account access with any other party.
• Notify KLWIN immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other person under any circumstances.
• Complete the identity verification (KYC) process when requested to enable withdrawals and access to higher limits.

KLWIN is not liable for any losses resulting from a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

04 Deposits and Payment Methods

The KLWIN platform supports a wide range of deposit methods designed specifically for the convenience of Malaysian players, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfers. All deposits are processed through certified, secure payment gateways.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by selected payment method and are displayed on the deposit page.

05 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your KLWIN account are subject to the following conditions, which must be met before any withdrawal request is processed:

• Your account must have undergone and passed the full identity verification (KYC) process.
• Funds intended for withdrawal must have fulfilled the applicable wagering requirement if those funds were obtained from a bonus or promotion.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes.

06 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

KLWIN offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated alongside each promotional offer. General conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Every bonus has a wagering requirement (e.g. 20x, 30x) that must be met before any bonus-related wins can be withdrawn.

07 General Game Rules

All games available on the KLWIN platform — including slot games, live casino, and fish shooting games — are operated by licensed software providers using independently audited random number generators (RNG) to ensure fairness.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed, except in cases of verifiable technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, KLWIN will endeavour to restore the game state to the most recently recorded point.
• Betting using automated software, bots, or any other technical tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• KLWIN reserves the right to void any bets suspected of being obtained through fraudulent means or exploitation of system bugs.
• All disputes relating to game outcomes must be submitted within 72 hours of the date of the incident.

08 Strictly Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the KLWIN platform for the following strictly prohibited purposes:

• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Opening or using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, circumvent limits, or for any other purpose.
• Using funds or payment methods belonging to a third party without valid authorisation.
• Hacking, modifying, or attempting to exploit any vulnerabilities in the platform's systems or software.
• Spreading false, misleading, or harmful information about KLWIN or other members.
• Colluding or conspiring with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for any activity that violates applicable laws.

09 Privacy, Personal Data, and Security

KLWIN is committed to protecting the privacy and data security of every member. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• Your personal data is collected solely for the purposes of identity verification, transaction processing, and service improvement.
• KLWIN uses 256-bit SSL encryption and TLS 1.3 protocol to protect all data transmitted through the platform.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly encouraged for all accounts for added security.
• KLWIN will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

10 Account Suspension, Restriction, and Closure

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to undergo or pass the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or relevant authorities.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login activity.

Members who wish to close their own account may do so at any time by contacting the KLWIN customer support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to the conditions stated in the withdrawal section.

11 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The KLWIN platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from errors or technical disruptions.

• KLWIN is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform.
• KLWIN's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• KLWIN is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or natural disasters.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

12 Terms Amendments and Change Notifications

KLWIN reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with operational, legal, or business requirements.

• Any material amendments will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before taking effect.
• Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• If you disagree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before the amendment's effective date.
